The Factory Stock framesets can be ordered in either road or gravel geometries.
The Custom OS options can be configured into any type of frame - road, all road, gravel, hardtail, or anything in between.
Step 1:
Choose your tubeset - we offer four different build options:
- OS Ti Straight Factory Stock Geometry - $4499 - this is our standard, oversized straight gauge tubeset, built with a stock road or gravel geometry. The finish is a raw Ti finish with your choice of colored anodized standard layout graphics. The frameset comes with an Enve Road or Gravel fork and a Chris King or Enduro headset.
- OS TI Straight Custom - $4999 - this is our standard, oversized straight gauge tubeset. It offers a fantastic trademark Titanium ride quality that is plenty stiff for pedaling efficiency and torsional rigidity, while Ti naturally smooths out the road.
- OS Ti Butted Custom - $5499 - this is our butted, oversized tubeset. It’ll save you a small amount of weight, but more importantly it does a great job at amplifying the “liveliness” or “springiness” to the feel of the bike, especially when out of the saddle climbing or accelerating. The feel of the energy return is the bonus here. Most of the frames we build for our custom customers opt for this tubeset.
- OS Super Ti Carbon - $6499 - this is our Titanium and Carbon tubeset. The frame can be configured with with a standard seat post or integrated seat mast option. The carbon top and seat tubes save weight and enhance the vibration dampening properties without sacrificing any stiffness or performance.
** The Ti Carbon tubeset option is set up for stock geometries only at the moment. **
Each OS Ti Custom option frameset comes with an Enve fork, custom geometry, and your choice of paint color and/or finish (anodized or raw Ti).
Step 2:
Complete or frameset - are you looking for just a frame and fork, or are you thinking about a complete bike?
If you’re looking for something complete, each bike is custom quoted as components can be chosen specifically as custom items for your custom commission. Let’s talk about what you’re thinking about and we’ll build a no obligation quote for you to check out and review.
Step 3.
Let’s talk geometry - if you’re going to invest in a handmade Ti frame, let’s make sure it’s exactly what you want fit wise, gearing and clearance wise, and aesthetically. We can build you geometry CAD file based on fit data that you have, or with measurements off your current bike as long ae you’re comfortable on it. If you haven’t been fitted and would prefer to go that route, we’ll cover the cost of your initial fitting.
Or, you always choose our Factory stock geometry road or gravel frames.
Step 4.
Good to go - once we build your CAD geometry file and we’ve reviewed it together, once you approve it is when the timer starts. We aim for completing your frame in approximately 16-18 weeks.
Step 5.
Custom graphic design - we connect you with our designer at about the 8 week mark to start the graphic design process. This step makes sure that the custom geometry, custom spec’d Ti bike will now look exactly how you want it. Let’s make it personal. Let’s make it mean something to you. Let’s make sure your neighbor down the street doesn’t have the same thing.
Step 6.
Almost there - final assembly and QC - once the frame is done with fabrication, it goes through two QC checks prior to the paint / finish step. After the paint / finish step, it goes through another check before final assembly or packaging.
Step 7.
Delivery - all framesets are shipped via UPS Ground service. All complete bikes are shipped via special white glove couriers that will deliver your bike fully asssmbled and ready to go. No need to unpack it or install anything. It’s literally ready to ride.
